The culture of food

Food is a big deal for Italians. They love to spend hours around the table, enjoying the meal and talking about the daily events.

Pizza

We need to thank the Italians for the pizza. There are two different kind of pizzas: Naples pizza, with a thick and fluffy crust; and Rome pizza, more thin and crunchy.

Pasta

There are lots of shape of pasta. But the golden rule is always the same: put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook it for the amount of time suggested on the package.
